The Washington Post recently reported that the Justice Department will be probing the Central Intelligence Agency over past abuses during the Bush Administration.
Former Vice-President Richard Cheney has come out with both fists swinging.
Cheney says the move is highly political and says it will set a “terrible precedent.”
The Big 3 Round Table panelists discussed the action.
“As far as Cheney is concerned, this is his legacy,” Sean noted. “The torture thing has been a big part of what he’s tried to make his legacy.”
“It really comes down to Holder is allowed to do what he wants,” Justin observed. “Obama is looking like he doesn’t have control over his subordinates, and his poll numbers are dropping right along with Congress.”
