Snow in Texas

People all over north Texas are in shock – some areas have received over 8 inches of snow since it began falling at 3:00AM central. Kids and adults alike are outside building snowmen and enjoying this rare event, though not everyone is as enthused. Flower deliveries for Valentine’s Day have been severely delayed due to the snow – they’re having to track down the people who stayed home today. As many as 300 flights in and out of the area have been delayed as well.

Kim, thank you for contributing your photos – they’re great! Looks like your puppy is having a good time. :) You did a much better job building your snow man than we did. Ours ended up turning into more of a snow blob! LOL
