From the arts to politics, diversity has molded Sean

From the arts to politics, Sean has been molded by diversity.

Thomas Paine once said, “Those who expect to reap the blessings of freedom must, like men, undergo the fatigue of supporting it.”

Those words are the words that Sean tries to mold his life around. Each activity and interest he participates in he knows it is either because of his freedom or to support his freedom.

For much of his life Sean has enjoyed diversity in his interests and hobbies. As an elementary school student Sean began playing the cello. This hobby soon became a life long passion that led him to opportunities that included playing in the orchestra pit for several musicals.

In high school Sean began to dabble in art and excelled to the point of being featured in a local art festival.

Now, at 21 years of age, Sean is attending Washburn University in Kansas. While his major is political science, he still dabbles in writing and continues to toy with the idea of acting and/or creating movies.

In his free time he enjoys online gaming and watching movies, but finds that his true form of relaxation comes through music — that of others as well as his own.

As Sean presses forward in all of his endeavors it is the voice from someone who believes in him that keeps him moving. “Don’t settle for being good, but be great.”
